This seems like a stupid question, but I can't figure it out. Figured I might as well see what the experts have to say. Problem involves an internal extension to extension call. Extension "A" calls extension "B". "B" puts "A" on hold. "A" then puts tries to put "B" on hold as well to make/take another call. Upon pressing the hold button the call is disconnected. Seems simple, but it's got me stummped. Any thoughts?

That is just what it does, I dont know why, perhaps because it is pointless to hog up SA buttons, because two people have put each other on hold

Thanks for the reply Aussie. Just wanted to make sure that I wasn't losing my mind. I'm surprised that I had not come across that problem sometime in the past. Seems like a simple thing that the system would allow to take place. Oh well........
