Legend Help

I am trying to find an answer on TekTips but can't find a Legend forum. Hopefully someone has seen this here.

I have inherited a Legend system and a user is stating that when they are on their primary line and a second call comes in, that call will not go to voicemail. If they are not on the phone and the call hits their primary line, the call will go to vmail.

Any thoughts on this? I know I may be missing some information that would assist you, but I am more of an s8700 and CS1000 PBX tech, so please correct me if I need to provide more information.

Well, you seem to have found the Merlin Legend forum, so welcome!

Are you saying that this user has one or more Loop-Start lines assigned exclusively to his set, or they are coming via a DID number, or these are transfers from an auto attendant or Operator, or......?

Do you have a PC with the WinSPM programming software, that you could print and post the Extension Info for that phone?
