Legend ext only gets external VM 1

Legend 7.0 extension in a operator position is only going to VM on external calls. Internal calls of xfers RNA. This extension used to work fine on all calls. What might have caused this problem. I have deleted the Mbox and re-created on merlin mail 3.0 and removed and re-inserted the ext in the cover group.

Did the affected extension number get vertantly removed from the coverage group?

Check that cover inside for that extension is set to on. Under central prg., select a button, select list feature, cover inside and verify it is set to ON.
