I have an error message that keeps appearing and has appeared for 115 occassions.
A POOL BUSY 00/02 - - 08/04 16:08:53 4C02
A POOL BUSY 00/02 - - 08/04 16:09:07 4C02
A POOL BUSY 00/02 - - 08/04 16:09:37 4C02
A POOL BUSY 00/02 - - 08/04 16:09:39 4C02

I looked up a 4C02 error and states that this is a pool busy issue. In this instance, what does the 00/02 mean? This is usually slot/port combination right?

The slot in this case is the processor. The port doesn't matter, it just means that you don't have enough trunks in your dial out pool to acccomodate the need to dial out.

Thanks for the info Pepperz. I will have to address that.

The port number refers to the pool with the error. I believe that pool 70(or the first logical pool if renumbered) is 01, then 890 is 02 and so on. Pool 70 might be 00....in your case, I would check 890 and 891.
