I'm adding 4 new lines (13-16) to my system to ring to the console. The DLC has no available buttons (12 line buttons + feature buttons). When I add the new lines they remove/replace feature buttons. Is there a way to force the new lines to page 2 of the console, or should I move feature buttons to the DSS?

Yep, but tricky...
First remove lines 13-16
Put in one "fake" line (say in the 60 range) for each feature you want to protect.
Add the lines 13-16
Remove the fake lines
Replace the feature buttons.
A 6 on the tedium scale, but it works.
