OK... I have a Merlin Legend 7.0 using MLX phones. Calls ring at 300 and are covered by 302. Yesterday, another tech was trying to fix an issue and was unsuccessful, so I remoted into the system and took care of them today. However, the customer states that after the other tech was there yesterday, they lost their ability to transfer calls. When they press transfer + the ext number, they get a fast busy. Any ideas?
