Legend caller id does not work

I have system with SLOT 00 of Vintage 00 and 3.1 V2.0
from the maint. display. Does this support caller id ? SLOT 01 has the 800GS/LS hw:03 and FW:13 (which I think support 8 co lines and has callerid). SLOT 03 has 408 GS/LS with hw: 04 anf fw: 28 (4 co lines does not support caller id).

It won't work with the system as it is currently configured.

I believe the R7 processor was the first to fully work with Caller ID. Expansion modules that are Caller ID compatible would be labeled "800GS/LS-ID" or "408GS/LS-ID".

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

When you do an Inventory in Maintenance, if it is an Caller ID Capable module, it will be identified as 800 GL-ID.

The one in my system, which identifies that way is a HW 14 & FW 13.

Based on the info you provided, I don't think you have a Caller ID Capable module.

Also the label on the front will show that it has "ID" abilities as well.
