I have a legend 6.0 with two cabinets. In the second carrier I have a 100D card in slot 06 and want to install a 008 mlx in slot 07. When I install the 008 the processor does not see it. I have powered down and powered up in the correct sequence. I have done a board renumber and still the 008 does not work. I have replaced the backplane and still no work. My power supply is a 391C1. I powered down and moved the 100D to slot 07 and the 008 to slot 06. The 008 works in slot 06 but now the PRI info needs to be changed to slot 07. My question is what could possible be the problem and will the 100D work in slot 07 if the 008 does not?? Thanks

It sounnds like a POWER issue.
Swap the power units and see what happens.
I think the one in the 2nd Carrier has a problem.
Cards for stations power differently then ones for lines.
That is, a LINE card could work in a slot that could not power a STATION card.
