Okay I've got a customer with a 3.0 legend and an Octel VM system. There is a coverage group 771 built for the operator. When she puts her console in position busy and someone dials 0 from a phone, it goes to Octel and they get their own mailbox. However, if you call in and press 0 in the auto attendant, it does what it is suppose to do. If the operator is not on position busy and someone calls her, should it start to jump to the other ext.'s in the coverage group if she doesn't get the call after so many rings? If not, that is not a problem. Is it the voicemail or the merlin? By the way, when the operator is in position busy and you dial 0 from a phone, it says operator on the display, but then goes to Octel. I can't understand why it works with an external call and not an internal call. Also, when she is not on position busy, dialing 0 works like it should, except for the coverage group. Please Help!
