Legend adding 1 to all outgoing

I bleieve it has something to do with the fact that ir used to be configured for PRI, but now runs on multiple analogue COs. I'm not a legend expert, so I'm sure this is something simple I missed. I know it is adding one, because it dial 1-800 by dialing just 800, and I can dial long distance by dialing the area code without dialing 1 first. Any help would be appreciated.

Print the ARS tables and post.

In the default toll table, you will find where the previous programmer added a 1 to the "DIGITS".

But, printing it out is the best way to start.
