Legend ACD perform CO Transfer?

Will the Legend allow an Auto-attendant perfrom a CO Transfer to another location for a forwarded telephone call?

I have a site that is forwarding calls out of the Auto-Attendant to another site. The remote site is complaining about volume problems on 50% of the calls. What I am thinking is that this is too many translations from analog to digital.

Whenever performing a trunk-to-trunk transfer you will experience db loss. This is probably why the remote site is complaining of volume trouble. Yes you can perform this service that you are asking, but it is not usually recommended for standard business calls for two reasons:
1) db loss
2) toll fraud implications

If you have Centrex lines, then the Autoattendant could perform which would not create a db loss and also would free up the lines. Just add a star * to the digit when fowarding your call.
