Legend 7.0 MLM Mail dialing issues 1

hello, i have a legend 7 with MLM007 (4 port)set up. DID's
system functions fine. dial plan is 7500. Call into AA, get AA make choice 1-6 or -8-0 works fine. Transfers to desired ext. Option 7 is set for direct ext transfer. this option and *8 fails.

check maximum digit legnth in the voice mail and make sure it set for 4 digits
