Legend 5.0 v10 using Tapid SMDR software HOLD TIME

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the hold time to show in the Tapid software?? All the other times show up in the data but is there a way for the Legend to tell the Tapid to gather the HOLD time info. I couldnt see anything in the legend programming to specify about hold time SMDR?? The Tapid software has hold time in it but Legend isnt telling it anything besides the basic call times. Any thoughts on what I can try to please the customer!!!

Tapit uses the OUTPUT from SMDR.

SMDR does not report that.

The TASKE system (and others) have a different way of gathering the information and can report that.

They use output from a CTI Link, that is a digital link which gets it's data from the PROCESSOR.

I call it the SEE ALL & KNOW ALL Link.

But, as I said, regular SMDR can't tell you that.

Plus, I know that TASKE is very very expensive.

Nope.

As I said, for that level of reporting you need a CTI interface.
