I have two Legend cabinet with CKE4 processor. Cabinet one has 391A1 pwr supply and 2nd cabinet has 391A3.

If I replace the Legend processor into a Magix R3.0, is there any issue with the existing Legend power supplies?

Depends on the CARDS (MODULES) in the system.

Look at AVAYA's website (POCKET REFERENCE) and you will see what I am talking about.

make sure you aren't using any 408 ATL cards, as these cannot be used in a Magix system

Add up the unit loads, and see if the PS will handle it.

considering you are doing the upgrade, to answer you exact question, if it works now, it should work with the upgrade. All though, you might run into issues with the upgrade with other modules and what not. If I were you, just for sanity reasons, I would ugrade to 391C1 in the main carrier. Reason why you ask, because it is newer and presents less failure in the furture, as well, if you add the high density cards, it will be able to handle the unit loads needed. You are allowed 96 unit loads with a C1, 72 I believe with an A3 and less than that for the A1.
