Legend 007 Delayed Messages

I have a Legend w a MLM007. I need anything at this point to point me in the right direction. I have no clue what could be the problem. All I know is that the time matches in both vmail & system.

Your help would be appreciated.

Delayed messages usually happen because the LAST prot in the MAIL is busy.

It is the only one that turns on the MESG LIGHTS.

Therefore, your HUNT TYPE FOR THE MAIL CALLING GROUP needs to be LINEAR, not CIRCULAR or MOST IDLE.

That usually fixes it.

I checked and the huntgrp is linear. ANy other ideas?

Try calling the last port and see if it picks up or if you get a busy signal.
