When I try to recover a file, I get the following error:

WARNING: /sbus@2,0/QLGC,isp@1,10000/st@5,0 (st5):
SCSI transport failed: reason 'unexpected_bus_free': giving up
Followed by I/O error.
SCSI transport failed: reason 'unexpected_bus_free': giving up

Any solution is really appreciated.

It's look like hardware error. If it posilble for you try to add new scsi controller and move your drive to it and try to recover by this controller. May be it came from SCSI cable problem or tape drive problem.
