Legato Backup LotusNotes on Windows 2000

When Use Legato NetWorker 6.13 for WIndows and NetWOrker Morule for Lotus 2.1(With Patch fro doublebyte mail backup).Backup faile, So we use variable to pass some error,Backup is succeed,but pass some nsf,and when we want wo restore,some mail can not be browserd.
If any one can help me?

What error messages are you getting? Also, what variable are you using, and where?

Have you tried to perform Nfixup, Ncompact, Nupdall on the *.nsf mail files before accessing them to clean data integrity, sometimes after the restore the data needs a clean up.
