I have two servers that are located behind a Kemp Loadmaster. I can confgure the client on the Networker server (7.3.4) and I can successfully install the client on the servers. When I start the backup from the server the connections fails and when I start a backup from the client it states that the server cannot be found even though it found the server during the client install. I don't know if anyone has experience with Kemp Loadmasters but any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Finding the hosts is just a matter of name resolution - it does not really need the network.

Most likely, the service ports have not been enabled properly. Please see the documentation for details.

So I would just treat it like a firewall and open the service ports. Ok, I'll do that.
