Legato 7.1 and Exchange 2003 how to question

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I am trying to backup an Exchange 2003 server on 2003 server from a stand alone non-domain server 2003 server. I am using the domain enterprise account as the remote user for the client. Legato version is 7.1. I can backup the information store ok, it fails on the mailboxes. It says the exchange client is not configured properly on the Leato server. Please help if you can, I'm sure I left something important out so ask away if you think you can help me.

what "save sets" you have in the client resource for the mailxboxes?

Normally you cannot backup mailboxes using the domain enterprise account.
There is a special user (eg.: excadmin) that can backup mailboxes.
You can verify that simply logging on the client (server exchange 2003) using specified user and try to backup mailbox using Networker User.
