Legato 6.1.3 and Tru64 V5.1A

I have recently upgraded my setup to above and I am now having problems getting tapes to label and mount/unmount etc.

I have an ADIC Scalar 458 library with 4 x DLT7000 drives.
When trying to mount etc, the tape deposits into the drive and nothing happens from there.

Does anyone know of any patches etc for this as I can't seem to find any manuals on installing legato onto Tru64 version.

Did you try resetting the jukebox with: nsrjb -HEv?

Did you power cycle the jukebox?

Try stopping NetWorker, make a backup copy of the /nsr/res directory, restart NetWorker, delete the tape drive and jukebox, then run jbconfig.
