Legal converted to Letter Page Size Problem

I have used 2 computers to test if the "quick-fix" (disable Name AutoCorrect) works. Now the system saves the margin settings and the page orientation, but it still converts the page size back to letter paper instead of legal. I have also Installed Microsofts SR-1/1a patch to both systems and I still have problems. Am I doing something wrong?????Please help...I am so close to solving this problem. Thanks.
