Hi,

Running SMS 2003. All of my Advanced client installs
seem to be fine.

On my Windows NT 4.0 systems I am seeing the following
behavior:

In C:\WINNT\Profiles I see MULTIPLE (100-200) profile
folders all created as:
C:\WINNT\Profiles\SMSCliSvcAcct&.000
C:\WINNT\Profiles\SMSCliSvcAcct&.001
C:\WINNT\Profiles\SMSCliSvcAcct&.002
etc.

I have looked for the client install logs but I do not
see any.

If I look in the system TEMP folder I keep finding a file
called "CliUnins.log" with the following text:

*** Deinstallation started 3/8/04 3:05:43 PM
SMS directory set to C:\WINNT\MS\SMS (Registry - Local
SMS Path)
Temp directory set to C:\TEMP

Looks like the client is being installed and then
uninstalled about every 90 minutes.

Any suggestions?

Did you check that the legacy-clients are in the correct boundaries ?
