Legacy Carrier Card and Mobile Call Control

Does anyone know if a Legacy Carrier Card supports Mobile Call Control? The customer has an IPO Preferred Edition on Rls. 9.0 They have PRI service on a Legacy Carrier Card. The Mobile Call Control does not seem to work. We tried dialing ** on a twinned call. We also setup Mobile Call Back - the system calls out the user and gives dial tone but the user cannot break the dial tone by dialing a phone number.

I think it's not supported. No IPO400 PRI cards can be used for MCC.
