Left side bar not working as I intended

Hi
I `ve added a few door icons to the left side bar. How do I set this up in DW to display on only one page.

Design note: I`m not certain I need a side bar. I`m also
uncertain from a design stand point a full width page looks
good with the text running so far. Any comments will be
greatly appreciated.

This is a style question. I`m wondering about deleting the left side bar. I don`t see any real reason to keep it.
