I am a new user to Crystal report version 10.Does anybody know if Crystal report writing tool allow users to do left join or right join with multiple tables?

thanks

You should be able to use a left join. Your question is unclear though--not sure how "with multiple tables" fits in. Once you have used a left join, all tables to the right of that table must also be left joined. And, of course, you cannot have multiple tables pointing to the same table.

Thanks for the quick response. I need to do inner join with Table 1 and Table2 but also want to do left join table3 to table 2. Can you please advice me how should I do it and where do I do the join using crystal reporting tool.

thanks

Using Database->Database Expert->select the links tab->select the line between the tables which represents that they're joined, and select Link Options.

If they are not currently joined, just select the field in table A to join and drag it to the column of table B to join it to and then follow the above.
