all analog phones' LEDs are not lighting when the phone is ringing. its an ipldk-60 with aastral brand analog phones. there are currently around 7 of these aastral phones deployed but none of them have working LEDs. we tested one of these phones to the clients old pabx and its LEDs lit when its ringing.

is there a configuration i can change? something with the rx/tx gain maybe?

thanks

Ring Signal on ipldk 60 is 75V, 25Hz
Check vs Specification´s aastral analog phone

You must condsider that the ringing voltage on LG-Nortel PBX'es is lower than on most PBX. Normally I would expect minimum 90 Volts as the rining voltage, but on ipLDK-24/50/100/300/600 it is about 65 Volts. Also the line voltage is on +24 Volts for analog phones for the SLIB24, SLIBII and CSLIBE boards. On most other PBX you would expect -48 Volts.
You cannot do anything to change this!

A good advice is to check the different phone models BEFORE promising that they will work together with ipLDK.
