LED lights not working

On a Panasonic KX-T7130, the "message" button LED stopped working. Plugged in other phones to jack and sent new message. Still no light. All other LEDs work.

On another jack a new T7453 was programmed for several extensions, they work but the LEDs don't light up.
Anybody know why??

what software are you using to program?
is this an td 816 by any chance?

Voicemail Send or Ext. Message, message led you are talking about.

Check your Voicemail mailbox config. if all message is send to mailbox the message led will not light-up. What KUS are you using?
