do you have MEW functionality enabled for such DTS's?
when you press on the key what you get?
try if there're voicemail in the system to earse the messages for the users.
is there any type of programming on that key?
try command , KSFKPIR=xxxx;
where xxxx is a DTS dir number
Thanks for the answers. I found the problem. The customer have several old DBC601/661 phones. There is something wrong in the phone. When is change the phone it's okay.
