Led and Call waiting

Hello all,

do you if it's possible to light a led on agent phone when you have call waiting on sccs. ( i think not but you never know )

It is my understanding that once SCCS acquires a phoneset, the call waiting lamp is disabled. So I would say the official answer is no. This is documented in the Switch (Abbr.) and Voice Processing set up guide in the SCCS documentation.

My guess is that the reason for this is that the switch has no idea of how many calls are in queue in SCCS skillsets.
