led alert for hunt group voicemail

In your User form at the tab SourceNumbers put in a H(huntgroup numbert) like H200.
Then your led wil go on if there is a voicemail for Huntgroup 200.
Make a shortcode to answer the voicemails.
I always use
*99
"anonymous"

Once you've set the H<group name> setting as advised by Big70 you can then use (working from memory here) MENU | MENU | MSG | VOICE at which point you should see the group name listed.
Similarly once you have the H setting you should see the group name listed in the message tab of Phone Manager.
