We are using Voicemail Pro in IP Office mode. We are trying to find a way for someone to call in, leave a message, press a button (# maybe?) after leaving message to return to previous menu so they can go to another mailbox and leave a different message for someone else. System currently only allows caller to return to reception (main hunt group), which is no good if person is calling in after hours as there is no one available to transfer them. The caller has to hang up and call in again.
I've heard this can be done in Intuity mode but not IP Office mode. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a solution?

the leave msg action has 2 exit points "success" & "Fail"
these exit point can be used to chain additional actions.
to exit the Leave Msg action dial "0" on the keypad
I believe that this will override the standard Voicmail reception function.
the call will follow the success action if a msg is left or the fail action if 0 is pressed during the users greeting

I do not see why not using the IP Office mode!

1. create a node for the user of huntgroup.
2. add a menu, so caller may press 1 to leave message, 2 for the mobile, 3 for a colleague, finally #N to be transfer directly to another extension. Where N is the extension number to be transfer to....
3. after a successful leave message, redirect the caller back to the menu.

Its a pitty this forum does not allow me to insert a picture.
