After receiving a client complaint, I tested the phones by calling one of the ext 235 who is out of the office. I reached the ext 235 voice mail, and I did not want to leave a message and wanted to talk to reception so I press "zero" no one answered at the reception desk and and reached a recording that said "The operator is not available." The recording then went straight back to the ext 235 voicemail.
How can I have them leave a message on the general voicemail box?
