We have a new internet connection a 2mbps e1 line (leased line).
I test the connection on a single PC and run torrent to download movies then i encounter a problem that during downloading i have a lot of RTO bound to the internet and i have a slow internet browsing.
And when i do a speedtest i have a very low download and upload bandwitdh reaches 0.71 DL and 1.2 for UL and when i check the MRTG it reaches 2mbps. is this the behaviour of a leased line when it reaches to maximum bandwidth slow internet connection.
Is the leased line connection is not suitable for downloading large amount of file using torrent.
