Leased Line and Cisco Router 1

Hi All

We have a few Megastream Leased Lines in place connected to Cisco 1721 routers using a Wic1t to the X21 presentation, but we are just in the process of putting in a new leased line and BT have informed me that it can't be presented on x21 and it will be presented on either coax(75) or an RJ45 connector(120)from the nte. How can I go from either of these presentations to the cisco router and what Interface card will I need.
