Lease Cost Routing on 3300

Anyone give me any ideas. Ive got a LCR product to attach the a 3300

The examplr in the system admin help starts talking about Mercury LCR over BT lines, suggests the different routes but ultimatly doesnt tell you where to put the LCR codes after the 9, etc.

I cant seam to find another doc on the mitel site about it.

Anyone give me a quick run down?

First of all what type of LCR equipment is it?

Second why attach additional hardware (more points of failure) why not just programm the 3300 to route the calls or use CPS (carrier pre selection)
