Lease Cost Route Busy

This is a long shot but when all lines on the system are busy and anybody dialling 9 for outside line gets 'Lease Cost Routing Busy' on the display on their phones, does the MD110 record anywhere how many calls fail to obtain line?

Hi´ you can use traffic recording - TRROI.. or/and LCTMP:DEST= ;, the last one is always "running".
