i'm wanting to learn how to program in RPG on my own time...i was wondering if there are any tutorials or useful knowledge bases for PC's that i can use to get started.

There is a book that I used in class entitled "RPG IV Programming on the AS/400". It was a pretty good book to get started. Then IBM also has some books online just use Google to search IBM's website (IBM's search kinda sucks). Example: 'RPG site:ibm.com' will get you some information. Mike Wills

I used a Judy Yaeger book called Programming in RPG/400.
I guess it depends which version you want to start with.

RPG IV is the latest version. I would start with that. It has the most flexibility. Mike Wills
