Learning the BCM, how do you apply patches 1

Working on BCM200 v3.7. Cant find where to upload and apply the patches. I downloaded the Patch Wizard from Nortel, but it wont see the SU3 or OS2 patch. Do you have to use this wizard?

For all bcm's version 3.7 and under, all the patches are self-extract type.You run the startup.bat and the wizard will ask you the ip adress,username and password of the bcm.Then you watch all the steps as they complete,on some patches there was more then one reboot.
