Learning Nortel- just starting need assistance 1

Hi all,

I am VERY new to Nortel Networking and know that I will be working with 450, 460s and 470s at my new position. I would like to get some advice on how I should approach learning these. Is there a good site, book, another source that you know of that might be able to help me. I will be dealing with this equipment with a networking team beginning next week, but want to be as prepared as possible.
