I am starting to learn C# and was wondering if anyone could recommend any books. I come from a Java background. Thanks.

If you're just looking for a reference, "C# in a Nutshell" by O'Reilly is good.

For learning the language, try "Professional C#" by Wrox (if you can still find any Wrox books).

I think you'll find that learning the language is easy (just like Java, only no classpath), but learning the .NET framework is like drinking from a firehose.

C# Programming (Wrox) is good.
For some excellent examples and explanations try MCAD/MCSD (Que). This is a training guide and has been most valuable to me.
Good hunting!
