What's the best and easiest way to learn ASP.Net? I know ASP and ADO fairly well.

Another way to learn this is to pick up any of the beginning Wrox books. The one I have Beginning ASP.Net using VB.Net (ISBN 1-861005-04-0). Wrox books are to me some of the best reference material around. But as december12 said one of the best online sites is probably gotdotnet, or you can go to

http://www.asp.net

which has some nice tutorias.

You might also want to try either Mastering ASP .NET with C# or Mastering Visual Basic .NET with Visual Basic - it gives pretty extensive coverage from the ground up
