LEARN ABOUT OLAP CUBES

Hello,
Well, if you do a search in SQL server books online, the do several courses that yu can follow and I am quite sure there is something on OLAP cubes or building cubes on there, I dont know how in depth it is but it may just get you started. Other than that I too would be interested to know of any courses.
