LEAP or PEAP ???

Hi all,
my wlan network seems as follows:

WLC version 5.1
Lightweight Accesspoints (AIR-AP1242AG-E-K9)
ACS version 4.1

we use now the cisco LEAP but we want use PEAP if it more secure and better.

Is PEAP more secure then LEAP?
waht is the advantage of PEAP?
waht is better? what would you recommend?
