Leagto backup failed!

Hy al,
I got the following error after having started an online full backup of an Oracle 7.3.4 database:
EBU 7009: sbtopen : cannot connect to media manager...
I have already checked the Legato configuration (a correctly labeled tape is mounted ...nsrdmo is correctly customize....EBU istance is up..), the client index (by running nsfck -c and nsrck -F ), the filesystems size ,..etc. But the error is always the same!
Have you some ideas???

P.S.
My baseline is AIX 4.3.3-04, Oracle Server 7.3.4, Legato Networker 5.1.6 and BSM 2.2...

Hi,

Possibly your media DB is corrupted.

Try recovering using "mmrecov" from the last good backup. "Long live king Moshiach !"
