Leading Zeros in Database Results

Dear all

How can I get FP to display leading zeros in a numeric field from an access database. When the DB is opened up in access the leading zeros display (Format set to 00000) but they don't display in FP

e.g Access displays 00123
Front Page displays 123

Any help appreciated
