I am using Access 97 and I'm trying to enter a date where when entering the zeroes aren't necessary, but when creating queries, forms and reports, I want the leading zero to show wherever they may be. ex 06/09/02

I've tried using the zero in my mask, the #, \, and I can't seem to find a pattern to flow.

Is there somewhere else I should be entering this instead of the mask?

Much appreciated.
