Leading Zeros...Again

Looking for a formula to show leading Zeros, (Adjustable leading Zeros..EI 1,2,3,4..etc...), Also to make the formulat NOT round up or down.....for example if my pay rate is 8.79 per hour I would like to see "0008.79"

Also I would need one formula to show the decimal and one not to show the Decimal.

PS....the answers I recieved on the other thread I put in were great and I thank all who replied.
