I am looking for information on different types of leaderboards (if that is the correct term) that is a display on the wall showing the ACDQ information (calls waiting, agents busy, agents idle etc).

I am required to set up a new ACDQ for call takers in a police department that has an OPT11C at release 4.5. They are currently using 2216 sets, but will be upgrading to 3905 sets.

Can anyone suggest a type of display unit that is compatible with ACD package C?

Thanks.

Reader boards -

Inova (I think that is the name) has some really nice ones, they "color" out and beep pretty load based on real time display stats. expensive

the leader and best IMHO in the industry is Symon Corp. Their system has logic modules available. You can setup logic like

if 0 agents logged in to skillset X and its mon-fri and 8a-5p then play a sound and flash a message.

if you just want basic displays try alpha american - very cost effective!

I would suggest contacting PRM (Professional Resource Management). I have been using their products for many years, inexpensive and very reliable.
