LDP-7008D/LDP-7024 marked IPECS - COMPATIBILITY PROBLEM ON IPLDK20

Hello everyone.

I bought 2 - LDP7008D and 1 - LDP7024D marked iPECS (used on Ebay)
Unfortunately, when I connect them to my IPLDK20 the phones don't power up.
I have open an LDP-7008D (hoping to find a Jumper to set it on IPLDK) and I saw that the EEProm has firmware 1.4.
I would like to know if the phones are faulty or simply incompatible or to be connected in different ways with IPLDK.
