Hi All
Please need expalnation for LDN0 , LDN1 ......what for they are used ? and I`ve captured the text bellow from working site witch I dont know the relation between the LDN`s and the ATT. Console ??

LDNs are DID numbers that ring on the console. Essentially, that's how you add DNs to consoles. There is no reason they all need to be on separate ICI keys either. In fact, you don't need to have ICIs for them - they will still work and ring at the console either way.

If there is no console, then these numbers will just ring at the systems NIT numbers (NIT_DATA)

why we need them since we have the ATDN = 0

You need an LDN0 for the purposes of setting the DID digit length. But you don't need LDNs if all of your trunks ATDN to 0 - that would mean you have no DID. LDNs are specifically DID or internal numbers.

you only need one ldn number.. if you remove the last one, all inbound did's stop working.. your getting 4 digits from your provider.. you have to have one 4 digit ldn.. it does not have to be a did..

very few users need ldn did's anymore... with menus and synposium ivr etc
